I found these vintage 2-holed flat-backed rice beads at the Bead and Button Show one year. I combined them with lapis, malachite, and 2 shades of turquoise rounds to make this very intensely colored bracelet. Gold-plated Charlottes help make the design complete along with a clasp that mimics the hot tropical sun. Has anyone seen the cabana boy lately? My umbrella drink needs refilling.
