Kalaloch

Kalaloch is a very remote and beautiful isolated lodge sitting on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the Olympic National Park. It's one of my favorite places in which to spend quiet time. There is no phone or TV to distract you. Sydde and I spent several days there in December 2002, and I worked on this lariat while the storms tossed the wild surf below us. Kalaloch is a spiraled herringbone lariat with transparent lavender, amber AB 3-cuts and bronze beads, and was the perfect project to work on. It will forever remind me of those peaceful days.
