I bought my two beautiful graduated strands of Mexican fire opals in Louisiana. I've never seen any other strands quite that beautiful before or since. I didn't want to ruin their natural beauty, so I left them as strung, added clasps, and to the necklace, a perfectly matched focal bead that I bought at Bead and Button in 2005. The bracelet wraps around the wrist twice. The fire in the beads is underplayed in this scan. This is one of my favorite sets.
